Escape to the Sarthe and welcome to our gîte, where everything is designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Inside and out, space and generosity are the watchwords.
On the ground floor, a spacious entrance hall opens onto a cosy lounge with sofas and armchairs for sharing moments, adjoining a billiards room. There is a large dining room with family tables for enjoying meals with friends or family, a library area with board games and books, and a room with table...Escape to the Sarthe and welcome to our gîte, where everything is designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. On the ground floor, a spacious entrance hall opens onto a cosy lounge with sofas and armchairs for sharing moments, adjoining a billiards room. There is a large dining room with family tables for enjoying meals with friends or family, a library area with board games and books, and a room with table football above. A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, Senseo coffee maker, kettles, toaster, 2 fridge-freezers, crockery and cutlery with a central island for preparing tasty meals and an intimate breakfast. Large picture windows open onto the terrace, which is not overlooked. Three chic and cosy bedrooms, each with its own theme, with double beds, bed linen and towels provided. A bathroom with a small corner bath, a large glass-enclosed shower cubicle and double washbasins, towel rail, hairdryer and separate toilet.
Upstairs: a large mezzanine with armchairs for small reading or resting areas, a bedroom with wooden beams and midnight blue wallpaper comprising a double bed and a single bed, a wardrobe, a forest theme bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds as well as a wardrobe, a bedroom with 2 single beds with shelves and coat rack, and a shower room with double washbasin and toilet, a towel rail and hairdryer.
This gite does not have access for people with reduced mobility.
Outside and to the rear of the gîte, a large terrace with furniture and garden furniture, a lean-to for convivial meals in summer, 2 charcoal barbecues and a 10 m x 4 m swimming pool with a cover, deckchairs and garden chairs, a table tennis table, a darts board, all overlooking the countryside without being overlooked.
The gîte is set in 1.5 hectares of land with the river "La Vègre" below, allowing you to enjoy a walk in harmony with nature.
