Description
Come and discover the daily lives and equipment of travellers on the roads and paths of the Middle Ages.
Following our July series on sea voyages, come and discover the overland travellers of the Middle Ages!
Who travelled? What equipment or clothing did they use? What did they eat? What were the stages of their journey like? Why were pilgrimages so important? The Milites Pagenses will answer these questions and many more in a lively and interactive way in the rooms of the Manoir de La Cour and its courtyard.
This event will also be an opportunity to sample some of the dishes that would have been found on such journeys.
> The admission ticket grants access to all the activities as well as to the Manoir de La Cour.
