Gîte Louis

Close to the A11, on the outskirts of Le Mans and 10 minutes from the 24 Hours race circuit.
The Louis gîte is a cosy little cocoon, beautifully decorated. For 2 or 4 people, in a green and peaceful setting. Fully-equipped self-contained kitchen (oven, microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, washing machine, fridge and freezer). Lounge area with flat-screen TV and comfortable 140cm-wide sofa bed, separated from the lounge area by a bookcase. The bedroom area has 1 x 160cm bed. Bathroom with double washbasin and large Italian shower. Separate WC. Beds made on arrival.
On-site guest house with 2 guest rooms.
A covered swimming pool (3.50x8m and 1.50m deep), unheated and shared with the owners and guests of the 2 guest rooms.
