I'm Pascaline Delmas, Director of the Domaine de la Massonnière - I welcome and support companies for their seminars and events near Le Mans, in the Sarthe region. What if your next seminar was held in an exceptional location?
A landscape architect with degrees from the Boulle and Versailles schools, trained in arts and crafts, interior architecture and landscaping, I spent 25 years working for a major French company, where I was landscape designer, director and manager. This experience gives me a thorough understanding of the human, organisational and strategic challenges facing companies today.
On the strength of this experience, I created a personal project in the Sarthe, near Le Mans: the Domaine de La Massonnière, a unique venue dedicated to welcoming companies for seminars, board meetings, team building, study days and professional events.
The estate, made up of a manor house and its remarkable garden listed as a Historic Monument, can accommodate up to 40 people during the day and can sleep 20 on site. I designed the entire décor of the manor house and cottage to create a warm, elegant atmosphere conducive to conviviality, reflection and team-building.
The garden, which I maintain and develop in an eco-responsible way, is an exceptional setting for reconnection, dialogue and creativity.
Thanks to my solid experience in corporate relations, I'm able to adapt, advise and support each structure with a listening ear and an eye for detail, placing human value at the heart of every event.
