Two enemy houses in beautiful Verona, unrivalled hatred and impossible love. We all know the story: the tragic destiny of Juliet and Romeo, two lovers in love with the absolute, constrained by the violence of their times. With this adaptation, the young troupe from Sarthe transports us to Italy in the 1990s and breathes new energy into this classic, far from the usual romantic image. On stage, eight artists take on the tragedy in a theatrical and musical version, each playing several characters in turn, with no regard for genre or convention. The strength of the show also lies in the presence of a chorus, a vibrant witness to the passion and drama. It moves fast, it lives, it dies!
