The Domaine de la Massonnière welcomes you for your private events (weddings, birthdays, etc.) or business events (seminars, board meetings, etc.). It consists of a 15th-century manor house and its cottage. You will enjoy its heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and remarkable garden in a private domain.

The manor house sleeps 15 and the cottage 6. On the ground floor, the manor house has a large fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a large 50 m2 lounge with bar, fireplace and piano.
It is laid out like a large family home with 5 independent flats, the suites:
- Les Magnolias suite, 70 m2 for 2 people, opens onto the large south-facing terrace, the park and the French garden,
- The 70 m2 Iceberg suite faces south and offers a view of the park, the French garden and the Le Mans...The manor house sleeps 15 and the cottage 6. On the ground floor, the manor house has a large fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a large 50 m2 lounge with bar, fireplace and piano.
It is laid out like a large family home with 5 independent flats, the suites:
- Les Magnolias suite, 70 m2 for 2 people, opens onto the large south-facing terrace, the park and the French garden,
- The 70 m2 Iceberg suite faces south and offers a view of the park, the French garden and the Le Mans countryside. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people,
- The 60 m2 Cour Carrée suite offers a cosy sitting area, a dressing room, a bedroom with a 180×200 bed (which can be split into two 90X200 beds on request) and a small additional bedroom ideal for one or two children, as it is an authentic little attic,
- The Topiaires suite has a triple aspect, with views of the park to the east, the garden to the south and the courtyard to the west at sunset. With a surface area of 80 m2, it can accommodate 2 to 5 people in three separate bedrooms,
- the 70 m2 Canopée suite, nestled under the roof of the manor house, has been designed as a dormitory with 4 90×190 beds and a superb view of the stars. All the suites have en suite shower rooms and separate WCs, as well as Wi-Fi internet access.
A special feature of the estate is the remarkable garden it offers our guests: a French garden, a woodland garden, a vegetable garden and an English rose garden. A guided tour with the estate's landscape gardeners is offered to you!
A 6-seater jacuzzi and a gym are available free of charge. A 15-metre heated swimming pool is open from April to October.
