In the bedroom area, you'll find a 140x190 cm bed, while in the living area, you'll find a 90x190 cm sofa bed (with mattress topper for optimum comfort).

Sheets, pillowcases, tea towels and bathmats are provided.

1 shower sheet + 1 towel 3€/person/stay

Top fridge with freezer compartment, fan-assisted oven, microwave, 2-zone induction hob, toaster, Krups Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, Nutrifresh Prep 6-in-1 multifunction cups.

Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee capsules, toothpicks, washing-up liquid, sponge, Detoll automatic washing gel dispenser, cling film.

There is a dedicated parking space just outside the entrance to the chalet.

In fine weather, you can enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy...barbecue (charcoal not provided), picnic table, parasol, deckchairs, hammock, Molkky game, badminton and beach ball set.
Our petanque pitch is available on request (boules provided).
The relaxation area on the chalet's terrace is perfect for a reading break to the sound of birdsong.

For your entertainment, inside you'll find card games and a few board games, as well as a television set with Orange TV for the enjoyment of young and old alike.

To make your winter evenings in the chalet as enjoyable as they are in the mountains, we can lend you raclette and fondue machines.

If you're on a business trip, you'll appreciate the comfort of fibre optics, easy parking and the peace and quiet of the site.

For toddlers, we can provide the following on request: cot with mattress, toilet seat reducer, changing mat, high chair, bath bouncer.

Finally, to meet your needs, we will do our utmost to be as available and attentive as possible to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
We live on the plot next to the chalet, but the chalet is completely independent and not overlooked.

Pets and parties are not permitted.
The interior of the chalet is non-smoking.
There is a sheltered terrace with a smoking area.

If you're keen to explore the surrounding area, you can easily reach Parcé-sur-Sarthe (4 km), a small town full of character. Stroll along the cobbled streets and continue your walk along the banks of the Sarthe, an ideal spot for a picnic.
