Maison Nipa - Franco-Filipino restaurant. Mabuhay in Tagalog has several meanings: welcome, long life and breathe. It sums up the spirit of the Filipino people: they have a sixth sense for hospitality, kindness and joie de vivre.

We want to pass on these values in our establishment so that you have the best possible time, always with a smile. Nipa refers to the traditional houses in the Philippines, which are made of bamboo and roofed with palm leaves, "Nipa". Our team joins us to transport you to the crossroads of two cultures, to let you discover our interpretation of Franco-Philippine cuisine, in a warm, friendly and generous house. This building in Fillé-sur-Sarthe dates back to the late 19th century and is an atypical place steeped in history, having been home to several families of restaurateurs: a café, a hotel and then a restaurant. This address has had several lives, and it's up to us to write the next chapter in its gastronomic history...
