Well-known amongst enthusiasts, the small Rouanneraies lake is a prime spot for carp fishing, open on odd-numbered weeks in the heart of an 8-hectare lake. 

Classified as a second-category fishing water, the small lake at Les Rouanneraies is subject to the regulations governing open waters. A valid fishing licence for the current year is compulsory.  Odd-numbered weeks are reserved for carp fishing. Regarded as one of the Sarthe’s must-visit spots for carp fishing in a set-up, the site also permits night fishing, which is very popular with carp anglers.  To ensure the site is treated with respect:  - Maximum of 2 rods per angler;  - Carp fishing from a boat is permitted only at pitches numbered 1 to 12;  - Registration via QR code is compulsory upon arrival at your pitch for all night fishing;  - Bait boats are prohibited;  - A night light is compulsory for night fishing.
