Nathalie and Wilfried will be delighted to welcome you to this comfortable 180 m² old house with 14 beds, terrace and wooded garden, close to the Charnie forest. The Petite Charnie forest, owned by the Office National des Forêts, is just a short drive from the centre of town and offers a wealth of walking, cycling and horse-riding opportunities. There are many tourist attractions close to this peaceful village, including Sainte-Suzanne, a small town full of character, the Saulges caves and the Du Mans motor museum.......... There are 4 bedrooms, as follows: 2 with double beds, one with a cot, one family room sleeping 6 and one sleeping 4; a large, fully-equipped kitchen/living room (dishwasher, washing machine, baby chair, sitting area with TV) and 2 bathrooms (Italian-style showers). You will enjoy a terrace and a garden of 1200m² with barbecue area, petanque area, darts, palace and skittles as well as garden furniture at your disposal.
