As organic farmers, we offer parcels of beef from the exceptional Highland cattle breed. We also produce and process fruit into jam.

We are passionate about raising our big-horned animals organically. Because of their thick fleece, they graze all year round and are only supplemented with hay (produced on the farm) in winter.
Far from conventional livestock farms, we don't 'push' our animals; they grow slowly (it takes us 5 years to make a steer). This exceptional breed, combined with our farming methods, gives you exceptional meat that's tasty, tender and won't shrink when cooked.
Numerous studies have shown that Highland meat has a low fat and cholesterol content and a high percentage of protein and iron compared with other beef breeds. Leaner than ordinary beef, it is also rich in omega 3, vitamins A AND E.
We also produce and process fruit
but only the fruit we produce is processed into jam, so you won't find any exotic fruit jams with us!
We are therefore subject to the vagaries of the weather and cannot guarantee the quantities produced from one year to the next.
We are happy to share our passion with you by allowing you to visit the farm when you collect your orders.
