The "48 heures au Mans" gîte is located at La Haie in a large property 20 minutes from Le Mans and 30 minutes from Sablé sur Sarthe. Surrounded by greenery, visitors can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. In a house adjoining the main house, the gîte is completely independent. It has its own entrance and private parking on 300 m² of enclosed land. Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, electric oven, washing machine) with dining area and sitting area with 2-person convertible sofa bed. 1 separate lounge that can be converted into a bedroom with flat-screen TV and 1 sofa bed for 2 people. 1 separate WC. 1 shower room with 1 shower and 1 washbasin. Upstairs, 1 large mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm). ... Very high-speed fibre optic Wi-Fi. Beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen provided. Underfloor heating and electric supplements included. Garden furniture, barbecue....The €50 cleaning charge is highly recommended for private individuals and compulsory per week for long-term business stays.
