Gîte fully restored and equipped in 2022 for 6 people in an exceptional riverside setting, on the garden level of a beautiful 18th century residence. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of this unusual location, close to the shops and with a view of the château. You'll be charmed by this peaceful, welcoming environment right in the heart of the town. The gîte comprises a living room with sitting area, dining room and open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (gas cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave), 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed, cupboards, desk, TV and en-suite shower room with WC and the second with a double bed, cupboards, desk and en-suite shower room with WC, and a separate area with 2 single bunk beds. A separate WC and utility room with washing machine complete this gîte. Wifi, private closed parking. Beds made on arrival. Heating included. Extra cleaning charge for professionals 50€. A deposit of 300€ is required on arrival.
