15 minutes from Sablé sur Sarthe and 30 minutes from Le Mans and La Flèche zoo, La Maladrie offers all the comforts for a stay with friends or family: Ground floor: large dining room, separate lounge with corner sofa bed for 2 people, large flat-screen TV, wifi. A large fully-equipped separate kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.). 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and another bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 shower room with basin, shower and washing machine. Separate WC. First floor: large landing, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and another bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm). A shower room with a basin, 1 shower and 1 WC. Outside, a large courtyard with gates for vehicle parking, private car park. A large enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Possibility of bringing a pet: extra charge of €10/day/pet. A cleaning charge of €80 is added to the price and is compulsory for companies.
