Spacious detached house nestling in a green setting alongside the river, on 1.5 ha of unenclosed land, close to the owners' house (guest house) and 35 mins from the Le Mans 24 Hours race circuit. Ground floor: lounge/living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, separate WC. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 x 140 bed and 1 x 90 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 90 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 90 bed), bathroom, separate WC. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 x 140 bed and 1 x 90 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 x 140 bed and 1 x 90 bed), bathroom/wc.
