La grange du Logis de Martigné

In the unique setting of the Château de Martigné (XVth/XVIth century), the Logis de Martigné offers the Grange de Martigné, a 100 m² room with a courtyard of the same size. With its exposed beams, it offers a warm setting for corporate seminars or weddings. It also has 3 additional rooms for working in sub-groups for company seminars. La Grange complements the Grande Ecurie (330m² with cloakroom, sanitary facilities and catering kitchen), a magnificent function room that can be adapted and heated, with an exposed roof structure throughout, a paved floor and exposed stone walls. Adjoining the reception room are 15 single rooms (double or single bed) with private bathroom and toilet facilities and 2 bedrooms (two with 8 beds), offering quality accommodation for 56 people in buildings set in the heart of an 80-hectare country estate. Receptions and events can be held in the buildings of the Logis, the Grande Ecurie, the Grange and the Château grounds. The entire estate has just been renovated. It has all the security and disabled facilities and a car park (105 spaces).
