Group receptions and accommodation in a prestigious, historic and rural setting: Seminars - Weddings - Events The Logis de Martigné (13 km from Sablé - 30 km from Le Mans - 2 hours from Paris by car and 1h15 by TGV) offers the unique setting of the Château de Martigné (15th/16th century) to hire the Grande Ecurie (330m² with cloakroom, sanitary facilities and catering kitchen), a magnificent reception room that can be adapted and heated, with a fully exposed roof structure, cobbled floor and exposed stone plastered walls. Adjoining the reception room, in 17th-century buildings, are 15 single rooms (double or single bed) with private bathroom and toilet and 2 bedrooms (8 beds), offering quality accommodation for 56 people in buildings at the heart of a 52-hectare country estate. Receptions and events can be held in both the Logis buildings and the Château grounds.
