Description
The Malicorne Art and Craft Shop welcomes craftspeople from Malicorne-sur-Sarthe and the surrounding area, mainly from the Pays de la Loire region. There are around thirty artisans in all.
This space has a real link with the history of Malicorne's earthenware industry, as it was here that coloured stones from abroad, from Roussillon, were crushed under millstones to obtain coloured pigments that were distributed in the earthenware factories for the painters.
Every visitor to this shop can appreciate the history of our local heritage.
