Former 12th-century monastery (Fondation des Prémontres) in the heart of the Pincé forest.

Completely self-contained gîte set in 40 hectares of peaceful, flower-filled grounds with a pond planted with trees, fishing and walks in the woods. A place full of charm, calm and ideal for families. Ground floor: fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge-freezer. Living room with fireplace, hunting trophies, exposed beams, 12 place setting table, sofa. Small sitting room with mezzanine and fireplace. Bedroom with 140 cm bed and en-suite shower room. WC. Attic floor: 2 bedrooms: one with 1 160 cm bed and the other with 3 single beds (90 cm); separated by a large bathroom, WC. Electric heating, TV, garden furniture, barbecue, mountain bikes. Washing machine. Local facilities: fishing, mushroom picking, hiking.
