The Ecomusée retraces the history of marble quarrying in the Sablé region from the 17th to the 20th century.
A visit to the museum allows you to discover the quarries, the marble factories, marble working, the tools used and the different creations.
The tour lasts around 1 hour 15 minutes and includes a video recounting the development of marble quarrying over the years.
