ACCOMMODATION: Laurent and Nathalie welcome you to their fully air-conditioned house, situated in a hamlet in the countryside. The house is located in the village of Vion, near Sablé-sur-Sarthe (10 mins) 4 km from the A11 motorway (5 mins) 50 km from Le Mans (30 mins via the motorway) 23 km (20 mins) from La Flèche Zoo Set on a 2,000 m² plot, in a very quiet neighbourhood. A 10-minute drive from all shops and restaurants (Sablé-sur-Sarthe). A 5-minute walk from a bus stop (closed on Saturdays and Sundays) We have 2 rooms to let, at a rate of €40 per night per room, including breakfast (coffee, tea or hot chocolate, fresh bread and croissants of the day, brioche, freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade jam, butter, yoghurt, kiwi) For medium and long stays (minimum of 4 nights), if you wish, we offer a package at €25 per night including breakfast (coffee, tea or hot chocolate, brioche, butter, jam). Bed linen, shower towels and washcloths are provided. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are shared. A microwave and part of the fridge are available for your use in the shared kitchen. OTHER: Rooms are available on weekdays, at weekends and on public holidays, subject to availability. You may come across other guests. Should both rooms be occupied, we ask that you do not take a shower after 10.00 pm to respect everyone’s privacy. Our house has two rooms: the Blue Room and the Brown Room. (Viewable on the Airbnb website along with all reviews left by guests; in the Google search bar, type: Vion Blue Room or Brown Room. Free parking on the property (under CCTV surveillance) Free Wi-Fi. In partnership with La Flèche Zoo, we have discount vouchers available for you. You have access to the outdoor areas: garden furniture, hot tub (summer only) TRANSPORT: A car is essential.
