The boys' school is an air-conditioned establishment located in a haven of peace in the heart of a charming village 20 minutes from the ancient Gallo-Roman city of Le Mans.

Magnificent 17th-century residence, fully restored in 2009, with all the comforts and ingredients needed for a successful holiday: Le Mans 24-hour race circuit, La Flèche Zoo, nearby park and national forest, departure point for greenways and waterways, The guest house, classified as a "chambres de charme 5 épis", offers each of its guests an exclusive welcome and personalised services. All the air-conditioned rooms are located on the 1st or 2nd floor of the house, and are equipped with king-size beds and spacious, comfortable bathrooms. Family room on the 1st floor: 1 room of 35 m² with 1 bed 180 and 2 beds 90. Separate shower room on the ground floor and WC on the ground floor and landing.
