This chalet offers a natural setting and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Situated 50 metres from La Vélobuissonnière and 2 km from the greenway, it provides a comfortable and well-deserved break for cyclists. (Holiday cottage or tents) Located 20 minutes from La Flèche (La Flèche Zoo) and 25 minutes from Le Mans. (10 minutes by train) Set in a charming, peaceful and comfortable setting surrounded by woodland and nature, it offers a revitalising view of the countryside. The chalet comprises a living area with a kitchen fitted with a two-burner gas hob, a microwave, a small fridge and a dining area. A sitting area with a bench seat. A bathroom with a shower cubicle. One bedroom with a 140 bed and one bedroom with two 90 beds. Toilet in the shower room. A south-facing covered terrace. Linen pack (sheets and towels) available to book: €6 per person. Outside, there is a relaxation area with an unheated round above-ground swimming pool, a pétanque court and a large children’s play area. An outdoor kitchen. For cyclists, packed lunches are available to order for €10 and breakfast for €5. Tent area with sanitary facilities, dry toilets, a summer kitchen and showers. Accredited with the ‘Accueil Vélo’ label since 2022, this site offers a full range of services for cyclists
