Welcome to La Maison du Bourg, a characterful house combining old-world charm with modern comforts, ideally situated in the heart of the village of Précigné. This authentic house will charm you with its warm atmosphere and preserved historical features, such as its magnificent 13th-century decorative fireplace and the period fireplaces in the bedrooms. The cosy living room, the fully equipped kitchen and the characterful furnishings provide a unique setting for a rejuvenating stay. For moments of relaxation, enjoy a wellness area with a private spa bath for two. Access is included in the price at weekends (Friday and Saturday) and available as an optional extra from Sunday to Thursday (€35 per stay). Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms await you for peaceful nights’ sleep. A large, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, double washbasins and a toilet completes the facilities. La Maison du Bourg is perfect for a stay as a couple, with the family or on a business trip. You’ll enjoy a prime location with free parking in front of the house and shops within a few minutes’ walk (bakery, mini-market, chemist). Situated close to numerous tourist attractions, it is an excellent base from which to explore the region: La Flèche Zoo, Terra Botanica, the Saulges Caves, the Le Mans 24 Hours Circuit, Pincé Golf Club and Papéa Parc. The entire property is at your disposal. You can check in independently using a secure key box, with the option of a personalised welcome subject to availability. We’ll be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you have a pleasant and relaxing experience.
